Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Executive with a strong life-sciences background and hands-on biotech/pharma commercial experience. This role bridges science, strategy, and commercialization, and requires an individual with a solid industry network and the ability to drive partnerships and revenue growth in oncology biosimilars and vaccines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities in oncology biosimilars, vaccines, and biologics
- Drive licensing, co-development, CDMO, and supply partnerships
- Build relationships with pharma, biotech companies, CMOs, CROs, and distributors
- Support India and global market entry strategies (US, EU, emerging markets)
- Marketing & Commercial Strategy
- Execute product-specific marketing and go-to-market strategies
- Develop technical-commercial presentations, dossiers, and value propositions
- Conduct market intelligence, competitive analysis, and pricing assessments
- Support branding and visibility across digital platforms and industry events
- Scientific & Stakeholder Engagement
- Translate scientific and regulatory concepts into clear commercial messaging
- Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing teams
- Represent the company at conferences, partnering meetings, and investor forums
- Maintain CRM pipelines and opportunity tracking
Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields
OR
MBA / PGDM with a strong life-sciences or biotech foundation
Experience
5–10+ years in business development, marketing, or commercial roles within:
- Biotech / Biopharma
- Biosimilars
- Vaccines
- Biologics / CDMO services
- Proven experience in B2B deal-making, partnerships, and revenue generation
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of biologics, biosimilars, oncology, and vaccines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with scientists, clinicians, regulators, and business leaders
- Knowledge of global pharma/biotech markets
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
