IVT Kit for mRNA

Loka manufactures IVTScribe mRNA synthesis kit which is for 50x 20uL reactions.. A control 20 µL reaction, which contains 1 µg of Control template coding for 4kb RNA transcript, yields 170-200 µg of intact RNA after a 2-16 hours incubation.
